The survey, which took place from 27 August to 31 October 2020, has now been 100% complete.

The 2020 Business Characteristics Survey was carried out to collect data and information on business characteristics which includes general information on the company, workforce, business structure, financial information, innovation and about the use & utilization of information technology in a business / company.

Data from you, the respondents, is very useful for the government to formulate appropriate policies.
