Innovative Employee Award

On July 5, 2021, an award was presented to one of the BPS employees of Pekalongan City, M. Juni Andri Rahman, for the innovation that had been made, namely making the Canting application.

Canting is the name of an android application that can be downloaded via googleplay which is an acronym for the word important data and publications of BPS Pekalongan City.

The name canting itself was taken because it is one of the tools for batik, because the city of Pekalongan is synonymous with batik.

The awarding of awards to BPS Pekalongan City employees is planned to be carried out every year, so that every employee will be motivated to continue to create useful innovations both for smooth work or facilitating data users.
