Construction Expensive Price Survey (SHKK) Quarter I 2024

On January 15 to 26 2024, the 2024 First Quarter Construction Price Survey (SHKK) was carried out. This survey aims to collect price data as a component of calculating the Construction Cost Index (IKK). The data collected is the price of building/construction materials, rental prices for heavy construction equipment, and wages for construction services.

IKK is one of the variables for calculating the General Allocation Fund (DAU). This index describes the level of comparison of prices for construction goods/services between regions.

Respondents from SHKK were manufacturers, wholesale/retail traders of building materials, heavy equipment rental businesses, contractors and the Public Works Department.

Support and correct answers from respondents will produce accurate data in calculating the Construction Cost Index (IKK) for our beloved Pekalongan City.
