PEKALONGAN — Statistics Indonesia (BPS) Pekalongan City continues to strengthen collaboration with various stakeholders in preparation for the 2026 Economic Census (SE2026). This commitment was demonstrated through a Communication, Coordination, and Diplomacy (KKD) activity conducted on Thursday, April 21, 2026.

As part of the initiative, the KKD team from BPS Pekalongan City paid an official visit to the office of the Indonesian National Construction Contractors Association (GAPENSI) Pekalongan City. The meeting focused on coordinating preparations for the Ngisi Bareng (Ngibar) SE2026 program, which is designed to facilitate business owners in completing census questionnaires independently and accurately.

During the meeting, the BPS team—consisting of Dinar Tri Utami, Sulthoni Syahid Sugito, and Azka Muthia—was welcomed by Mr. Zakaria, a representative of GAPENSI Pekalongan City. GAPENSI expressed its appreciation for the initiative and pledged its support for the implementation of the Ngibar program among its members.

This collaboration is expected to encourage greater participation from construction service businesses in Pekalongan City in the upcoming national economic data collection effort. The productive discussion concluded with plans for further coordination to ensure smooth implementation in the field.

With support from various business associations, BPS Pekalongan City remains optimistic that a comprehensive and accurate picture of the local economy can be captured, contributing to higher-quality economic data for the region.
