INDEKS KEMAHALAN KONSTRUKSI KOTA PEKALONGAN 2024

"IKK" stands for Construction Cost Index. It is a price index that reflects the level of construction costs in a regency/city compared to the reference city of Banjarmasin. The consideration in choosing the reference city is based on a city index value that is close to the national average index, data completeness, and the city's position in the trade route.The calculation of the 2024 IKK is obtained from the results of the Construction Cost Price Survey (SHKK) conducted in the third and fourth quarters of 2023 and the first and second quarters of 2024. This survey collects data on the prices of building materials, heavy equipment rentals, and construction labor services. The calculation of the IKK weighting diagram uses data from the Bill of Quantity (BoQ), the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing Unit Price Analysis Book, and the realization data of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). The 2024 IKK is one of the main components used for the calculation of the General Allocation Fund (DAU) for the 2025 Fiscal Year.
