Length of stay for hotel guests is a significant indicator of how interested tourists are in the visited area. The longer tourists stay in a region, the more it indicates that the area is popular among tourists. Hotel occupancy rate also plays a crucial role as an indicator of a hotel's success in selling its rooms. The higher the occupancy rate, the more rooms can be sold.
