Micro, and Small scale Industries are part of the manufacturing industry known for their labor-intensive and low-capital nature. In addition to contributing to regional gross domestic product (RGDP), MSMEs also serve as a safety net for businesses impacted by financial and economic crises. However, the role of MSMEs is not limited to these aspects alone. Currently, the competitiveness of MSMEs, as measured by their performance towards the economy, is starting to be taken into account.
