Taking SE2026 Directly to Businesses: BPS Pekalongan City Participates in Poklahsar Meeting to Support the Ngibar SE2026 Program
June 1, 2026 | BPS Activities
PEKALONGAN CITY — Statistics Indonesia (BPS) Pekalongan City continues to encourage business participation in the 2026 Economic Census (SE2026). One of its initiatives is the Ngisi Bareng (Ngibar) SE2026 program, conducted during the regular meeting of the Bina Mandiri Fisheries Processing and Marketing Group (Poklahsar), a community-based MSME group fostered by the Pekalongan City Marine and Fisheries Agency (DKP).
The activity took place on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at the Pekalongan City Fisheries Technopark Building. Facilitated by the Pekalongan City DKP, the event was attended by micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) operating in the fisheries sector. A team from BPS Pekalongan City, coordinated by Masna Novita Rahmaniar, with Finda Rachmawati and Nur Saidah serving as facilitators, provided direct assistance to participants in completing the SE2026 questionnaire.
Through this proactive outreach approach, BPS Pekalongan City utilized an existing community forum to engage business owners directly. In addition to assisting with questionnaire completion, the activity served as a platform to strengthen collective commitment toward producing comprehensive, accurate, and high-quality economic data.
During the event, BPS Pekalongan City reaffirmed that all information provided by respondents is strictly confidential, in accordance with Law No. 16 of 1997 on Statistics. The collected data will be used solely for statistical purposes and development planning and will not be utilized for taxation, auditing, or law enforcement purposes.
The presence of BPS officers on-site enabled participants to receive immediate clarification regarding questionnaire items, making the completion process easier, faster, and more accurate. This assistance also helped minimize reporting errors and improve the overall quality of the data collected.
BPS Pekalongan City expressed its appreciation to the Pekalongan City Marine and Fisheries Agency and all members of the Bina Mandiri Fisheries Poklahsar Group for their active participation in the Ngibar SE2026 activity. Through strong collaboration among BPS, local government agencies, and business actors, the 2026 Economic Census is expected to generate high-quality data that will serve as a reliable foundation for more effective and targeted economic development planning.
