TEGAL — The Financial Services Authority (OJK) Tegal has demonstrated its strong commitment to the success of the 2026 Economic Census (SE2026). This support was realized by facilitating a Ngibar (Ngisi Bareng or “Fill It Out Together”) session for the SE2026 questionnaire during a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) for Rural Banks (BPR) and Islamic Rural Banks (BPRS), held at the Adipura Building of the Tegal City Government on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.

As part of the forum, OJK Tegal invited representatives from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) offices across the former Pekalongan Residency area, including BPS Pekalongan City, to provide direct assistance to participants from the banking industry.

Head of OJK Tegal, Kurnia Tri Puspita, expressed appreciation for the presence and active involvement of the BPS teams in supporting the data collection process. The facilities and meeting space provided by OJK Tegal were effectively utilized by executives and representatives of participating BPRs and BPRSs. Among them were several banking institutions from Pekalongan City, including PT BPR Bank Pekalongan (Perseroda), PT BPR Arta Utama, and PT BPR BKK Kota Pekalongan (Perseroda).

In response to the support provided by OJK, BPS teams from across the former Pekalongan Residency took turns delivering technical guidance on how to independently complete the SE2026 questionnaire. This educational session was conducted collaboratively by BPS Tegal Regency, BPS Tegal City, BPS Pekalongan City, BPS Batang Regency, and BPS Brebes Regency.

Through this positive collaboration, OJK Tegal and BPS hope that the data submission process for banking sector businesses will proceed smoothly. This joint effort is crucial to ensuring both the achievement of census targets and the production of high-quality data for the 2026 Economic Census.
