BPS Pekalongan City Conducts Q1 2026 Non-Agricultural Business Pattern Survey (SPUNP)

Pekalongan – Entering April 2026, Statistics Indonesia (BPS) Pekalongan City has resumed the implementation of the Non-Agricultural Business Pattern Survey (SPUNP) for the first quarter. This routine survey aims to capture the pulse of the economy across key sectors, including trade (G), transportation and warehousing (H), information and communication (J), professional activities (M), as well as rental and other business support services (N). Through this data collection, BPS provides accurate and up-to-date information on production value indices and business income, which serve as an essential foundation for compiling quarterly GDP/GRDP figures, both quantitatively and qualitatively.

To ensure data quality in the field, BPS Pekalongan City has deployed a dedicated team consisting of 2 Field Supervisors (permanent staff) and 2 Field Enumerators (professional statistical partners). The officers will visit selected business establishments to conduct in-depth interviews regarding business performance at the beginning of the year.
