BPS Maps Regional Economic Strength Through the 2026 Financial Statistics Survey

PEKALONGAN – Statistics Indonesia (BPS) Pekalongan City has officially launched the 2026 Financial Statistics Survey, which will be conducted from April through August 2026. The survey targets banking institutions, non-bank financial institutions, and Regional State-Owned Enterprises (BUMDs) in Pekalongan City to accurately capture their financial performance and the current condition of the local financial services sector.

The survey collects a range of strategic indicators, including capital structure, assets, liabilities, and workforce profiles. The resulting data will serve as a key foundation for the compilation of regional and national economic accounts, while also providing valuable insights into the effectiveness and efficiency of financial institutions and BUMDs operating in the region.

Through data collection carried out by BPS supervisory staff and field partners, the survey is expected to provide reliable references for government decision-making and economic policy formulation.
