BPS Kota Pekalongan Socializes the 2026 Economic Census in Padukuhan Kraton Village

PEKALONGAN – BPS Kota Pekalongan once again carried out public outreach for the 2026 Economic Census. This time, the activity took place in Padukuhan Kraton Village on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, as part of an event for the distribution of transportation assistance to local RT and RW heads.

On this occasion, BPS Kota Pekalongan made use of the gathering of neighborhood leaders to deliver information on the importance of the 2026 Economic Census and the role of the community in supporting business data collection in their area. Through this outreach, it is hoped that RT and RW leaders can help disseminate information to residents so that the census can be carried out smoothly and produce high-quality data.

Interestingly, the event also involved several other parties who provided outreach to the community. Facilitators from the Family Hope Program (PKH) explained various aspects of social assistance programs to residents. In addition, facilitators from the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas delivered information on the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) program, which is intended to help residents improve the quality of their homes through community-based efforts.

This cross-sector collaboration reflects a positive synergy in providing the public with a better understanding of various government programs. Through this joint activity, it is hoped that the information received by the community will be more comprehensive and able to support efforts to improve the welfare of Pekalongan City residents.
